Services

I offer psychotherapy and consultation tailored to the individuals’ goals and challenges.

Below are the primary ways I work with patients and families.

  • I help adults reduce anxiety and depression and navigate the pressures and transitions that can make life feel unmanageable. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, self-critical, or emotionally drained inside. Therapy with me is structured and supportive, focused on understanding what’s driving your symptoms, building practical coping tools, and creating lasting change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based treatments including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, with a focus on calming the nervous system, shifting unhelpful patterns, strengthening relationships and boundaries, and building resilience

  • As both a licensed clinical psychologist as well as a certified school psychologist, I offer developmentally informed therapy for children and adolescents.  My goal is to create a safe space for children and adolescents to understand their feelings and develop a broader range of coping to manage their emotions and behaviors.

  • I have found over the years that an effective way of helping children is by working directly with parents. I see our relationship as a true partnership, where we collaborate to find the best ways to support you and your child.  I believe parents are the expert in their children and I bring my expertise in child development and research based interventions.  We work together to tailor the treatment to your child’s individual strengths and challenges and ensure that your child has what he/she needs to thrive.
